Job Description

This is a key role, designed for an experienced and commercially sharp leader who can shape the sales engine, inspire teams, and influence stakeholders at board level.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead UK sales operations, including delivery planning, reporting, and retail performance tracking
  • Design and implement mid-term (6–12 month) sales strategies and incentive programs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Distribution, and Finance in a complex OEM matrix
  • Support and challenge the wider sales team to maximise retailer potential
  • Represent commercial performance in senior forums and at board level
  • Be a hands-on coach and leader to a high-performing team, developing internal talent for future succession

Requirements

  • Current OEM experience managing retail sales operations
  • A deep understanding of UK dealer networks, margin dynamics, and market challenges
