This is a key role, designed for an experienced and commercially sharp leader who can shape the sales engine, inspire teams, and influence stakeholders at board level.
Job Responsibility:
Lead UK sales operations, including delivery planning, reporting, and retail performance tracking
Design and implement mid-term (6–12 month) sales strategies and incentive programs
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Distribution, and Finance in a complex OEM matrix
Support and challenge the wider sales team to maximise retailer potential
Represent commercial performance in senior forums and at board level
Be a hands-on coach and leader to a high-performing team, developing internal talent for future succession
Requirements:
Current OEM experience managing retail sales operations
A deep understanding of UK dealer networks, margin dynamics, and market challenges
A track record of volume delivery while maintaining brand and commercial integrity
Gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and gain trust across the business
Experience leading and coaching teams through change and growth
The ambition and capability to step into a broader leadership role in the near future
