Job Description:

The Route to Consumer Head, Americas, is responsible for continually improving and embedding the Route to Consumer (RTC) and commercial operating model across the region. This role ensures that our ways of working, capabilities and systems mature progressively—driving operational excellence, consistent execution and long‑term value creation. Operating as a senior leader, the role champions cross‑functional alignment, capability development and disciplined change management to elevate performance across our distributor and direct markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and advance RTC excellence across the Americas, developing a clear, phased action plan in partnership with regional and market leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement in distribution, outlet standards and commercial activation, ensuring the region systematically delivers against budget, quality and execution targets
  • Assess, set targets and manage performance across markets, ensuring integration of the William Grant & Sons RTC commercial operating model with all third‑party distributors
  • Bring functional subject‑matter experts together to build, embed and reinforce capability across the business through practical application, coaching and structured upskilling
  • Develop high‑performing, cross‑functional teams that collaborate seamlessly to remove barriers, accelerate improvement and execute with discipline
  • Enable effective change management, ensuring the model is clearly articulated, well‑understood and adopted through wise investment choices, robust stakeholder engagement and thoughtful sequencing of initiatives
  • Drive sustained value creation, ensuring all efforts link directly to commercial outcomes, operational uplift and long‑term organisational capability

Requirements:

  • A proven commercial leader with deep expertise in sales, net revenue management, route to market, key accounts, category or broader commercial roles
  • International or regional experience
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams with authority as the resident expert in RTC and commercial execution
  • Excel at running annual assessments and translating insights into a clear, owned and sequenced action plan
  • Excel at aligning stakeholders and enabling disciplined execution
