Buzzworks is entering an exciting new era. Known for our award-winning bars and restaurants, we are now expanding our hospitality experience into rooms. We are looking for a smart strategic and commercially driven Revenue Manager to help shape this new venture from day one. This is a rare opportunity to build our rooms revenue function from the ground up. You will work closely with senior leaders across the business with a core focus on developing and delivering the revenue strategy that brings our new accommodation offering to life. If you enjoy turning data into decisions forecasting demand and creating strategies that drive results this role offers the chance to make a significant impact at a pivotal moment in our growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and delivering the revenue management strategy for our rooms offering
  • Take a lead role in developing and delivering the Buzzworks rooms experience
  • Building dynamic pricing strategies for rooms, packages and future locations
  • Forecasting demand, analysing booking pace and maximising revenue across multiple room types
  • Managing rate structures, inventory and distribution channels, including OTA relationships
  • Creating and maintaining reporting dashboards to track key rooms revenue KPIs
  • Monitoring market trends, competitive sets and local event impacts
  • Supporting system selection, process development and best practice for our new rooms division
  • Collaborating with Operations, Marketing, Finance and IT to ensure commercial alignment across the full customer journey
  • Providing insights to support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term growth planning for accommodation
  • Contributing to concepts and commercial planning for future sites as this new division expands
  • Work closely with Property team to forecast room EBITDA contribution for new site acquisitions

Requirements:

  • Experience in hotel or multi property revenue management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear commercial recommendations
  • Confidence in rate strategy forecasting channel management and inventory optimisation
  • Experience with accommodation PMS OTA platforms distribution tools or RMS systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
  • A proactive curious and solutions driven approach
  • Enthusiasm for helping to shape and launch a new arm of the Buzzworks business
