The Roastery is where green coffee, expertise, and craft come together to create the product our customers experience every day. As Head of Roastery Production, you’ll take responsibility for this pivotal part of Origin, ensuring that every roast meets our exacting standards and every order is fulfilled on time. With production planning and scheduling managed by the wider operations team, your focus will be on ensuring the roasting team consistently follows the agreed schedule and delivers against production targets. You’ll make sure roasting, packing, and dispatch work seamlessly together, so coffee moves smoothly from origin to customer. This is also a role for the future. We’re entering a period of transformation in our roasting operations, creating a space designed to set new standards in efficiency, quality, and creativity.
