Our client is a leading global asset manager with a range of successful funds across both public and private markets. They are seeking to hire a London based Head of RFP.

Job Responsibility:

  • managing a team of RFP Writers
  • improving RFP processes
  • implementing a new RFP system
  • editing team output
  • building strong relationships with stakeholders including investment and sales teams
  • assessing the suitability of RFP and RFI opportunities
  • tracking and measuring team KPIs
  • developing a strong understanding of the company’s fund range and investment capabilities
  • ensuring consultant databases are updated

Requirements:

  • proven RFP experience gained in institutional asset management

  • Support certification cycles, including surveillance audits, recertification audits, and scope extensions where applicable
