This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly into the CRO, owning the operational engine that underpins revenue growth across Sales, Marketing and Customer teams. This is not a purely strategic RevOps role. It is hands on, detail driven and execution focused. The business is scaling, launching new solutions and investing heavily in its commercial function. Revenue infrastructure needs to be robust, data led and commercially aligned.
Job Responsibility:
Own and optimise CRM, data integrity and revenue workflows
Deliver weekly KPI reporting to the Executive Leadership Team
Drive CRM hygiene and governance standards
Improve lead management, pipeline tracking and handovers
Support forecasting and revenue planning alongside the CRO
Lead and develop a small Revenue Operations team
Requirements:
Proven SaaS background
Strong hands on CRM ownership
Deep HubSpot expertise
Sales enablement tooling experience
Building dashboards, reporting frameworks and forecasting models
