Job Description

Design and own the operating system for revenue at Prime Intellect. This role is about architecting the systems that turn complex, usage-based, frontier AI deployments into predictable, durable revenue. You will build the infrastructure that connects Sales, Growth, Finance, and Customer teams into one coherent revenue engine. That includes pipeline architecture, forecasting, pricing workflows, invoicing systems, and the post-sales expansion motion that drives NRR. Our customers run high-stakes training and deployment workloads. Responsiveness, billing accuracy, and tight customer coordination matter as much as new logos. You will design the systems that make us operationally excellent - from first touch to expansion - and ensure that customer relationships scale without breaking. This is a foundational role for someone who wants to architect how Prime Intellect converts technical adoption into long-term revenue at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the full GTM systems layer: CRM, marketing automation, product analytics, billing, invoicing, and data warehouse integrations
  • Design the data model that connects pipeline, contracts, compute usage, post-training workloads, and revenue recognition
  • Create a single source of truth for revenue and customer data across tools and teams
  • Evaluate and evolve the GTM tech stack as we scale
  • Build accurate forecasting models that incorporate usage-based and hybrid pricing
  • Design compensation frameworks, territory models, and performance tracking systems
  • Operate deal desk for complex deployments — pricing structure, non-standard terms, approvals
  • Translate compute consumption and post-training expansion signals into forward-looking revenue forecasts
  • Build systems that support invoicing accuracy, usage transparency, and customer responsiveness
  • Connect product usage and compute telemetry directly to expansion workflows
  • Define SLAs and structured handoffs between Sales, Solutions, TAM, and Finance
  • Systematize renewal, expansion, and cross-sell motions to drive NRR and durable contracts
  • Ensure operational excellence in billing cycles, contract amendments, and scaling enterprise accounts
  • Standardize reporting: pipeline health, cohort performance, GRR/NRR, compute GMV, margin by product
  • Automate repetitive workflows so customer-facing teams can focus on execution, not admin
  • Build documentation and playbooks so revenue operations scales cleanly as the team grows
  • Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, board reporting inputs, and long-term planning

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Operations at B2B SaaS or infrastructure companies
  • Strong analytical ability (SQL / BI tools / usage-based modeling / forecasting)
  • Experience operating in usage-based or hybrid pricing environments
  • Comfort working across Sales, Finance, and Engineering
  • Proven track record building systems that scale through rapid revenue growth
  • High ownership mentality — you see gaps and design the fix
  • Detail-oriented, but systems-minded
  • Comfortable in high-ambiguity environments where the right answer often has to be designed from scratch

Nice to have

  • Experience with usage-based or consumption-based pricing and billing
  • Familiarity with compute marketplaces, cloud billing, or infrastructure cost modeling
  • Background working with product analytics and connecting product signals to GTM actions
  • Early-stage experience where you were the first RevOps hire standing up the function

What we offer

  • Competitive Compensation + equity incentives
  • Flexible Work (remote or San Francisco)
  • Visa Sponsorship and relocation support
  • Professional Development budget
  • Team off-sites and conference attendance
  • Opportunity to shape decentralized AI at Prime Intellect
