Lead the strategic revenue optimisation for Travelodge’s extensive estate, overseeing a multi-layered team responsible for performance across circa 620 hotels. Reporting to the Revenue Strategy and Trading Director, you will drive market share growth through sophisticated forecasting, pricing excellence, and system adoption. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping both tactical and long-term vision, requiring a collaborative approach to influence cross-functional partners and embed high-performance standards across the entire organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver revenue targets by implementing enterprise-level strategies, overseeing channel optimisation, and maintaining rigorous pricing governance
Lead and coach a tiered revenue structure (Regional Heads and Area Managers), fostering a "test-and-learn" culture and robust succession planning
Drive "best-in-class" use of the RMS (IDeaS), leading optimisation projects and shaping the future roadmap for core trading systems
Partner with the SME Sales, Digital, and Groups teams to align pricing opportunities and provide actionable insights for business planning
Monitor the competitive landscape and market dynamics to adapt pricing strategies, maximising both occupancy and yield
Requirements:
Proven track record of managing complex revenue structures
Experience developing high-performing, multi-layered teams

Strategic mindset to solve intricate commercial problems
Ability to challenge and influence at a senior level
Deep understanding of high-volume environments
Experience driving market share growth and optimising revenue mix
Advanced proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (ideally IDeaS)
