Job Description:

As Head of Accommodation Revenue, you’ll define and deliver the long-term revenue strategy across Forge Holiday Group’s diverse accommodation portfolio for Sykes Holiday Cottages, Forest Holidays and UKCaravans4Hire. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, you’ll operate above divisional revenue teams, setting group-wide direction, standards, and tooling - while ensuring consistent execution in a complex, matrix environment.

Requirements:

  • Senior revenue leadership experience in travel, hospitality, or holiday letting
  • Proven track record of delivering sustained, multi-year revenue growth
  • Experience leading revenue system transformation or large-scale optimisation programmes
  • Deep expertise in pricing science, forecasting, and demand elasticity
  • Strong commercial judgement and confidence in owning high-stakes trading performance
  • Ability to lead through influence in complex, multi-brand environments
