Job Description:

Swatch is looking for a Head of Retail Sales who is responsible for overseeing the entire sales team, setting sales strategies, managing sales performance, and driving overall revenue generation across all retail locations, often including responsibility for developing sales initiatives, training staff, analyzing sales data, and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop tools for a daily business in the stores and in collaboration with Swatch HQ
  • Develop objectives to ensure store profitability
  • Analyse sales and KPI’s in order to maximise the store performance
  • Preparing Sales forecast according to the budget/commercial targets in the country per store and employee
  • Supervise & Implement actions of turnover of sales, operations strategies to maximize growth potential for the retail business
  • Creates reports to use on a daily business
  • Review and manage inventory levels through identification of appropriate product assortment for corporate stores in line with Swatch HQ procedures
  • Oversee the sales and operations of the retail locations
  • Help to identify new business opportunities for retail division by detecting potential new store locations across the market and to let approve by Swatch HQ
  • Establish Retail expense budget for the country
  • Closing/ relocation non-performing/wrong located Stores
  • Evaluate competitive challenges for the brand and identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement
  • Respecting brand identity, while ensuring that brand image and position were properly maintained in the stores in line with Swatch HQ
  • Weekly meeting with District Managers
  • Establish a SWATCH spirit within the Retail Organization (efficiency, unity, cooperation)
  • Assess team performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development
  • Support 29 locations with 7 direct reports

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of Retail Management experience
  • High identification with brand values

  • People Management, Leadership and communication skills
