Job Description

Position purpose: The Head of Retail - UK South position is responsible for the achievement of Sales Growth on Last Year by Leading and developing our Regional Management teams to achieve our key KPI through high levels of customer experience and selling skills. Effective Store visits. Evaluate the performance of the Regional and Store Managers, utilizing the reports available and set clear objectives to achieve Lovisa KPI goals. Ensure communication, through morning calls, written action plans, LOLA notices and one-on-one meetings is clear, motivational and consistent, with an aim to lead, coach and develop your Team. Recruit passionate, confident and Customer focused Team to deliver high levels of customer experience and selling skills. Develop and coach our teams for succession planning. Manage productivity through effective rostering - the right people at the right time. Focus on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring our regional teams support our Store Managers and Team follow the Lovisa Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practice.

Requirements

  • Proven ability in a management position within a Retail or Customer/Sales focused industry
  • Proven ability to perform as multi-site manage in a fast paced, high-volume environment, preferrable for a fashion retailer
  • Demonstrated understanding of Customer experience and continually improving this to achieve results
  • Strong Leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and desire to travel domestically and/or internationally based on the needs of the business needs
  • Personable, approachable and a great coach
  • Time management
