  • Lead and coach the HQ Retail Customer Delivery team, setting clear priorities, ownership, and performance expectations while staying closely involved in operational execution
  • Design, standardize, and roll out practical processes, training, and onboarding that enable consistent, high-quality execution across all European delivery hubs in close collaboration with such as Retail Customer Service, Production, Logistics and Purchasing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery, logistics, or operations teams at a multi-market or European scale, with measurable impact on customer experience and operational efficiency

  • Exceptional leadership and team development abilities, able to set clear ownership, performance expectations, and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, comfortable balancing customer satisfaction with cost efficiency, and using KPIs to guide decisions
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills to manage teams, stakeholders, and partners across Europe
What we offer:
  • Attractive compensation package, incl. equity
  • Unlimited contract with 30 vacation days
