A Head of Residential Property is wanted for a fantastic opportunity near Lichfield with an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Property Solicitors looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £45K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

Job Responsibility

  • head up the department
  • manage a full and varied caseload of sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions from start to finish
