Job Description:

Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? We are working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a Head of Residential Property to lead and grow their established team. This is a standout opportunity for a senior solicitor or partner-level individual who enjoys both strategic oversight and hands-on fee-earning.

Job Responsibility:

Leading the residential property team, providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship
Managing a high-quality caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and high-value transactions
Overseeing compliance, quality standards, and risk management within the department
Driving business development, marketing, and client relationship strategies
Working closely with partners and the wider leadership team on departmental growth

Requirements:

A minimum of 8+ years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing
Proven leadership experience within a law firm environment
Strong technical expertise across a range of property transactions
Excellent client care and commercial awareness
Track record of managing, developing, or mentoring a team
