Job Responsibility:

Lead the residential conveyancing department
Manage a caseload of 30-40 files
Supervise junior staff
Grow the team
Maintain relationships with local estate agents and mortgage brokers

Requirements:

Experienced residential conveyancer
Leadership skills
Team management experience
Ability to supervise junior staff including paralegals and a trainee
Strong caseload management
