Job Description

Head of Residential Care for Eversfield Care Home in Reigate. Joining a large, diverse team who are proud of the difference they make to residents. Elizabeth Finn is a leading care provider providing exceptional care throughout eight prestigious care homes.

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the Home is run in an efficient and caring manner, promoting a happy and secure environment for residents
  • Oversee staff working practices and standards, identifying and reporting any training needs
  • Formulate and issue duty rotas for the team ensuring the appropriate number and skill mix of employees are on duty
  • Be responsible for dispensing medication and maintaining necessary records
  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of management in the home, deputising when necessary
  • Act as a role model to and supervise members of the team to ensure the individual personal care needs of residents are delivered with dignity and promote independence

Requirements

  • Prior experience is desirable but not needed
  • Will give all the training needed to be successful
