We are representing a fast-growing, NASDAQ-listed retail brokerage firm with a proprietary trading platform, providing clients with access to stock exchanges in the EU, US, and Asia. The company has an established presence across Europe and is expanding its operations in Germany. We are seeking a Head of Representative Office to lead and grow our German operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to build and strengthen the company's brand in the German market, manage operations, and oversee regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement strategies to increase brand recognition in Germany
  • Collaborate with local media and social media platforms to promote the brand
  • Participate in and organize marketing campaigns and events
  • Manage PR activities, including writing press releases and engaging with media outlets to ensure consistent brand visibility
  • Oversee all operational processes of the representative office
  • Act as the primary liaison with German regulatory and governmental bodies, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Represent the company in governmental and institutional matters
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and management of the office team
  • Foster collaboration between departments while upholding corporate standards and values
