Head of Reporting

The Head of Reporting is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all financial, regulatory, and sustainability reporting functions at Adyen. The role will directly manage two team leads across diverse reporting domains: Financial & ESG Reporting, Financial (Prudential) Regulatory Reporting, and Non-Financial (Statistical) Regulatory Reporting. The mandate is to transform Adyen’s Regulatory Reporting function, leading the transition from manual, fragmented workflows to a scalable, automated Reporting model. The role involves building bridges between Finance, Compliance, and Data Engineering, ensuring that reporting is accurate, compliant, proactive, effortless, transparent, and available at the push of a button. The position reports directly to the SVP of Group Finance.
