This post is pivotal to the successful delivery of the Skills for Care strategy, and annual business plan. Skills for Care is the strategic workforce development and planning body for adult social care in England. We work with employers, Government and partners to ensure social care has the right people, skills and support required to deliver the highest quality care and support now and in the future.
Job Responsibility:
Leading and managing a newly formed senior team of colleagues across the North of England
Identify and engage key stakeholders, developing relationships to deliver Skills for Care’s offer, gain insight and intelligence, and influence on behalf of Skills for Care and social care
Requirements:
Deep knowledge of the social care and health system
Insight and skill to apply Skills for Care’s offer to create solutions for employers and stakeholders
Skilled and experienced team leader able to motivate, develop and direct a skilled senior team
