Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy aligned with the bank’s business objectives and growth plans
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all functions and departments across the bank
  • Design and implement recruitment policies, procedures, and workflows compliant with CBE regulations and local labor laws
  • Establish a robust talent pipeline, leveraging market mapping, employer branding, and proactive sourcing strategies
  • Partner with departments' heads and external agencies to ensure timely and effective hiring
  • Oversee onboarding processes and initial integration of new hires into the bank’s culture and operations
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and other external partners
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and strategic hiring initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment in banking, fintech, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of CBE recruitment regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition strategy, agency management, and employer branding
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and build recruitment capabilities from the ground up
