Head of Qubit Control

• Growing and recruiting key talents, mainly research scientists from junior level to experts
• Fostering and maintaining high standards for project management within the team, acting as a coordinator and enabler when needed
• Defining the team OKRs under the guidance of the CTO and the R&D Operations Lead, and own their delivery
• Ensuring strong collaboration across teams, in particular with the software and theory teams
• Maintaining a high level of experimental operations, in close collaboration with the support team, ensuring infrastructure reliability, and efficient lab usage

• At least 5 years of experience leading technical or research teams composed of highly skilled members with diverse technical backgrounds
• Background in physics, quantum physics, or electrical engineering or in a related field
• Multidisciplinary experience, in particular strong exposure to data analysis and/or software-driven workflows
• Strong organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills, enabling effective coordination across teams and expertise levels

A PhD is considered an advantage but not mandatory
