Are you ready to take ownership of a newly created leadership role and shape the future of quality standards in a fast-growing life sciences business? This is a unique opportunity to head up the Quality & Technical function, driving GMP compliance and supporting Quality accreditation. As Head of Quality, you'll lead the QA and QC teams, enforce GMP practices, and ensure robust quality systems across the site. You'll work closely with production & clean room units, acting as the Subject Matter Expert during inspections and audits, and play a key role in achieving and maintaining regulatory accreditations.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and develop the Quality unit, including QA and QC teams
  • Drive GMP compliance and oversee GxP documentation and protocols
  • Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
  • Qualify and manage external suppliers & partners
  • Ensure compliance with controlled drug handling and health & safety standards

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant scientific discipline
  • Prior experience in a GMP pharmaceutical environment
  • Proven leadership and people management skills within a GMP QA Environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check
