Senior management role offering visibility across the business and the opportunity to make a significant impact on quality, health, safety, and environmental standards within the civil and maritime construction sectors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with international and local regulations
  • Lead audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Drive a proactive safety culture through training and awareness programs
  • Oversee emergency response planning and risk mitigation strategies
  • Mentor and lead the QHSE team, fostering continuous improvement
  • Engage with regulators, certification bodies, and industry forums

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in QHSE management within marine, inshore, or civils/construction environments
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • NEBOSH certification and ideally CMIOSH or equivalent
