Job Description:

Head of Quality Engineering role at Fospha, dedicated to building the world's most powerful measurement solution for online retail. The role involves owning the end-to-end quality strategy across the evolving platform spanning data pipelines, production ML models, and GenAI-powered interfaces. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the CTO, with a global remit across UK and India teams.

Job Responsibility:

Define and embed a unified QA strategy across software, data and ML pipelines
Architect and execute systemic quality interventions
Advance quality in GenAI-powered interfaces
Lead and grow a distributed QA team
Own and communicate QA metrics

Requirements:

Senior leadership experience scaling QA or Quality Engineering functions, ideally across multiple geographies
Ability to drive transformation from traditional QA to developer-owned Quality Engineering and continuous delivery
Deep technical mastery in automation frameworks, data quality engineering, and ML validation
Understanding of how to validate GenAI-powered systems — including prompt resilience, output coherence, and model drift
Retain hands-on credibility — able to advise on tooling, review architecture, and guide senior engineers
