Head of Quality Engineering

At Fospha, speed and quality aren’t trade-offs — they’re the same thing. Our goal is singular: to make “ship with confidence” a repeatable, programmatic reality. As Head of Quality Engineering, you’ll own the end-to-end quality strategy across our evolving platform — a complex environment spanning sophisticated data pipelines, production ML models, and GenAI-powered interfaces. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the CTO, with a global remit across our UK and India teams. You’ll architect and drive our next-generation quality framework, combining automation, observability, and process design to radically reduce time-to-production while maintaining exceptional reliability. You’ll work closely with peers in Product, Data Science and Engineering to embed quality thinking across the SDLC — from CI/CD to non-deterministic UI validation.
