Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the Quality Control function, ensuring adherence to our quality standards
Define, maintain and document quality standards and procedures to facilitate production efficiency
Oversee inspections and final product acceptance, guaranteeing product excellence
Monitor, analyze, and report on quality performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage nonconformities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Develop team competencies through structured onboarding and ongoing training
Ensure discipline on the shop floor, focusing on 5S and safety compliance
Collaborate closely with production and product teams to enhance quality outcomes
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality management principles
Practical experience with ISO 9001
ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 are a plus
Hands-on experience building and improving Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Ability to translate quality standards into practical shop-floor procedures effectively
Real production background involving machining, painting, assembly, inspection, and packaging processes
Experience utilizing core quality tools such as inspection checkpoints, defect tracking, and nonconformance analysis
Lean/Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset with experience in practices like 5S, visual management, and Kaizen
Strong documentation skills including standards, SOPs, and clear process structuring
Team leadership experience encompassing task setting, delegation, and performance coaching
Data-driven decision-making capabilities and problem-solving under limited resources
Confident in communication with production, engineering, and management while advocating for quality requirements
