Job Description

As our Head of Publisher Sales for SSP, App & CTV, you will be the spearhead of our highest-value, high-growth revenue stream. Your core mission is to rapidly acquire and scale partnerships with Tier 1 media groups and premium ‘manager domains’ across a multitude of international markets, driving the adoption of our advanced SSP technology, Meetscale.

Job Responsibility

  • Target Tier 1 and Premium Accounts: Directly accountable for the acquisition strategy and revenue targets for Tier 1 media houses, major holding companies, and premium independent domains where non-exclusive integration is the goal
  • Win Trust Through Expertise: Secure new integrations by leveraging deep technical expertise, proving Meetscale's superior performance and value proposition in competitive auctions
  • Accelerate International Penetration: Define and execute rapid market penetration strategies across high-potential new territories
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Own the high-revenue sales forecast, implementing rigorous pipeline hygiene and deal qualification processes
  • Lead Multi-Channel Expansion: Spearhead the expansion of Meetscale into critical new revenue streams, including Connected TV (CTV) and Mobile App
  • Product Champion: Ensure the team effectively positions our non-exclusive solutions (Meetscale) as complementary, performance-enhancing technology
  • Market-to-Product Feedback: Serve as the authoritative voice of the Tier 1 market, providing critical, nuanced feedback to the Product team
  • High-Performance Coaching: Lead and develop a specialised team focused on strategic accounts
  • Operational Integration: Collaborate closely with Revenue & Sales Operations to standardise best-in-class processes and tools
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work seamlessly with Technical Solutions, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline onboarding

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior sales or business development role, successfully managing teams focused on selling high-revenue non-exclusive ad technologies (SSP, Exchange, Ad Server) to Tier 1 media groups
  • Deep, demonstrable expertise in the programmatic supply chain (header bidding, dynamic allocation) and the technical/commercial intricacies of CTV, App, Video, and Audio monetisation
  • Proven ability to effectively position and differentiate a product in highly competitive non-exclusive environments, winning market share based on performance and trust
  • Exceptional ability to structure and present compelling commercial proposals that drive successful technical adoption and long-term partnership value
  • Proven ability to drive rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in multiple international markets simultaneously
  • The ability to command attention, articulate value at the C-suite level, and influence internal priorities across the organisation
