Job Responsibility:
Responsible for the sale of Merchant products and services into Public Sector and Transit verticals
Works in conjunction and aligns with U.S. Bank partners to promote and grow One Bank revenue within Institutional Client Group (ICG)
Develop a revenue and partner strategy to build net new pipelines and to add net new customer relationships
Committed focus to expand and grow sales team
Maintains and develops profitable relationships with prospects
Identifies and monitors market trends and competitor actions to gain a competitive advantage
Develops external relationships with industry associations and partners
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of relevant experience in sales and leadership
Considerable knowledge of sales and experience in creating & implementing sales strategy
Experience in bringing new products and services to market
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding management and leadership skills
Demonstrates the ability to create and grow sales pipelines
Considerable knowledge of Payments industry and current industry market trends
Ability to make critical decisions independently
P&L and budget experience
