Lead an established property team with no billing targets, real strategic influence and future directorship potential in a respected regional firm. This is a leadership appointment offering the opportunity to shape and grow a well-established property department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Department Leadership: Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary property team
  • Transactional Work: Advise on residential, commercial and agricultural property transactions
  • Landlord & Tenant: Handle leases, licences, easements and overage agreements
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to departmental growth and wider firm strategy
  • Compliance: Maintain high standards of regulatory and risk management oversight

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE
  • Strong background in property transactions
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Experience across commercial and/or agricultural property advantageous
