Lead an established property team with no billing targets, real strategic influence and future directorship potential in a respected regional firm. This is a leadership appointment offering the opportunity to shape and grow a well-established property department.
Job Responsibility:
Department Leadership: Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary property team
Transactional Work: Advise on residential, commercial and agricultural property transactions
Landlord & Tenant: Handle leases, licences, easements and overage agreements
Strategic Input: Contribute to departmental growth and wider firm strategy
Compliance: Maintain high standards of regulatory and risk management oversight
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE
Strong background in property transactions
Supervisory or management experience preferred
Experience across commercial and/or agricultural property advantageous
