• Strategic Property Management: Develop and execute property strategies in alignment with the organization’s business goals

• Significant experience in property and facilities management
• Strong financial acumen
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and maintaining compliance with regulations
• Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive organizational change
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Property, Business, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in property management, project management, or facilities management are highly desirable
