Job Description:

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of property projects, from site acquisition and feasibility studies to construction and handover, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and time targets. This strategic leadership role manages project teams, consultants, and contractors while navigating regulatory approvals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of property projects, from site acquisition and feasibility studies to construction and handover, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and time targets
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute project strategies, feasibility studies, and financial modeling to ensure profitability and ROI
  • Project Management: Oversee all development phases, including design, permitting, construction monitoring, and handling of technical/contractual disputes
  • Leadership: Direct internal project teams (project managers, coordinators) and external consultants/contractors, including overseeing recruitment
  • Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, cash flow, and vendor contracts
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the key contact for government authorities, stakeholders, and joint venture partners
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality workmanship, and timely delivery

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • GBI Facilitator / Have worked on projects with Green Building Index usage
  • Proven experience in managing medium-to-large scale property development projects, GBI projects
  • Minimum 15 years in leadership roles
  • Experienced with mixed development projects
  • Background - work experience with property developers will only be shortlisted
