Job Description:

A senior executive role to oversee the Project & Development Management business unit of a top worldwide real estate advising firm. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a well-known expert with experience handling complex developments and advising mandates across many asset classes.

Job Responsibility:

Led and expanded the Project & Development Management team, managing large-scale advising and development projects for institutional clients across different asset classes
act as a strategic point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring quality delivery and long-term client relationships
represent the company in high-level negotiations, steering groups, and business development activities
guarantee full control over project governance, budgeting, planning, and execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory frameworks, and quality standards
drive team performance and structure through talent development, process optimization, and organizational leadership
actively contribute to the firm's positioning and business development by establishing a strong market presence and professional credibility.

Requirements:

At least 20 years of experience in Project Management, ideally within leading real estate advisory, investment or development firms
proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and advisory mandates of strategic relevance, both nationally and internationally
exceptional stakeholder management, negotiating, and decision-making abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational and multicultural workplace
deep knowledge of real estate markets, regulatory environments, and construction processes
advanced degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
post-graduate qualifications preferred
fluent in English and Italian
strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
