Job Responsibility:
Set the direction for complex, enterprise-level programmes aligned to long-term business strategy
Lead and inspire senior programme, project, and business analysis professionals
Own resource strategy across a large-scale change portfolio—balancing capacity, capability, and cost
Act as the senior escalation point for critical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
Shape a high-performance, delivery-led culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement
Partner closely with Operations, IT, Business Architecture, and Executive stakeholders to ensure transformation delivers real, lasting value
Represent change delivery at Executive and Board-level forums, deputising where required
