Job Description:

Ready to shape enterprise-wide transformation at serious scale? A leading global specialty insurer is on a bold journey to become the standout Primary Specialty Insurance provider in its market—and change delivery sits right at the heart of that ambition. This is a seat at the table, driving transformation that genuinely moves the business forward. At the core of this organisation is a progressive, performance-driven culture—one that champions presence over process, bold decision‑making over bureaucracy, and curiosity over convention. As Head of Programme Delivery, you will sit on the Change Leadership Team with strategic ownership of the enterprise programme and complex change portfolio. You’ll lead transformation across Operations, IT, and the wider business—working with senior leaders to turn strategy into measurable outcomes. This is high-visibility, high-impact leadership where your influence will be felt across the entire organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set the direction for complex, enterprise-level programmes aligned to long-term business strategy
  • Lead and inspire senior programme, project, and business analysis professionals
  • Own resource strategy across a large-scale change portfolio—balancing capacity, capability, and cost
  • Act as the senior escalation point for critical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
  • Shape a high-performance, delivery-led culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with Operations, IT, Business Architecture, and Executive stakeholders to ensure transformation delivers real, lasting value
  • Represent change delivery at Executive and Board-level forums, deputising where required

Requirements:

Deep experience delivering complex programmes in the Lloyd's and company market
