Head of Production

Etched is hiring a Head of Production (Taiwan) to oversee all Taiwan-based operations, with direct responsibility for execution at our L10 contract manufacturer. This senior leader will drive manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and test activities, ensuring that production ramps meet yield, throughput, and delivery goals. This person will manage Etched’s Taiwan team (Materials, OPM, Quality, Test, and Factory Manufacturing Engineers) and serve as the primary interface between Etched HQ and Taiwan operations. With strong factory operations experience and a customer-first mindset, this leader will be accountable for operational excellence, risk management, and sustained delivery performance.
