Job Responsibility:

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Establish and run a monthly S&OP cycle to synchronize plans across Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance
Master Production Schedule (MPS): Convert the aggregate S&OP plan into a detailed, shift-level production schedule by specific models (SKUs)
Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP): Perform high-level capacity checks to validate the sales plan, identify bottlenecks, and develop debottlenecking scenarios
Supply Constraints Analysis: Partner with Procurement to proactively identify shortages of critical components and align on a realistic production plan
Plan vs. Actual (PVA) Control: Monitor MPS adherence daily and weekly, analyze variances, and adjust schedules promptly
Team Leadership: Lead the planning and dispatching/scheduling team—set objectives, assign tasks, track performance, and develop talent
Process Optimization: Continuously improve planning processes to shorten order lead times, lower inventory levels, and reduce manufacturing costs
Analytics & Reporting: Prepare executive summaries for S&OP meetings, plan attainment reports, and KPI analytics for leadership

Requirements:

3-7 years of experience in production planning or a related field
Upper Intermediate (B2) English proficiency
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex planning processes
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Experience with capacity planning and inventory management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to thrive in an on-site, full-time work environment in Rustavi
