Head of Product

• Define and execute Casfid's product strategy and roadmap in line with the company and the Fever group objectives
• Lead and grow a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Translate market insights and customer needs into scalable, user-focused products
• Ensure Casfid's platforms are reliable, secure, and ready to scale internationally

• Strong background leading product management teams with relevant experience in leadership and strategic roles
• Proven success building B2B or B2B2C technical products at scale, ideally in ticketing, cashless payments or within the live culture or entertainment tech industry
• Demonstrated ability to scale platforms globally and manage complex product ecosystems
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong understanding of RFID/NFC technology and radiofrequency-based systems, with the ability to drive innovation and adapt solutions to diverse client and industry needs
