Job Description

The Head of Product will lead the strategy, development, and growth of a premier streaming platform, shaping a best-in-class digital experience for audiences nationwide. This role is responsible for defining the product vision, driving user engagement, and ensuring long-term platform success. This is a unique opportunity to lead product strategy for a purpose-driven organization focused on delivering meaningful streaming experiences at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap for the streaming platform
  • Drive key performance metrics including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and viewing behavior
  • Partner with executive leadership to communicate product vision, priorities, and performance
  • Lead the design and user experience to deliver a seamless, intuitive, and high-quality platform
  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, content, marketing, and analytics teams
  • Leverage data insights and user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product leadership experience, with a focus on streaming, OTT, or digital media platforms
  • Proven track record of driving product growth, engagement, and innovation in a content-driven environment
  • Strong expertise in UX/UI design principles and content discovery optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership
  • Experience building and leading high-performing product teams
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy and execution
