Head of Product Testing and Validation

As Head of Product Testing & Validation at A‑SAFE, you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day performance of our Test by Design function, building robust process discipline, optimising capacity in a compact test space, and ensuring every programme is planned, resourced and completed to deadline. In this role you’ll set the pace for how testing happens: establishing clear KPIs and schedules, balancing people and machine utilisation, and embedding efficient, repeatable workflows across documentation, data logging, equipment care and H&S. Working closely with our Research & Development Team and Operations, you’ll lead a small team, drive continuous improvement and lean practices, and keep work flowing end‑to‑end so projects get the timely, high‑quality validation they need.
