Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for Fever’s Onsite & Distribution product group. As Head of Product, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining a bold long-term vision to delivering scalable, high-performing solutions that delight event organizers and fans alike. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business leaders to build a world-class one-stop-shop platform that operates at massive scale, maximizes conversion, and delivers frictionless live event experiences across global markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and lead the long-term product vision and strategy for Fever’s onsite & distribution vertical, aligned with company goals and global growth plans
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing short-term execution with long-term innovation
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team, fostering ownership, impact, and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with engineering, commercial, and operations leaders to ensure strong alignment and execution
  • Work with teams from other companies within the Fever Group, driving the integration of products, technologies, and capabilities from acquired companies into a unified platform
  • Participate in go-to-market sessions with business development leaders from different markets, to gather their perspective and win deals in other geographies
  • Use data, experimentation, and user research to optimize ticket purchase flows, event management tools, and fan experiences
  • Oversee A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion, checkout, discovery, and on-site access
  • Translate customer and partner insights into actionable product initiatives with clear business impact
  • Track and communicate product KPIs, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous optimization
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in ticketing, payments, sports tech, and live experiences

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Degree in Engineering or any related discipline
  • Proven experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital platforms
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI, agile development, and data-driven product management
  • Strong experience with analytics and experimentation tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, A/B testing platforms)
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a passion for building impactful products

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling products across international markets
  • Background in ticketing, e-commerce, or marketplaces
  • Experience in B2B2C models, working with event organizers and external partners
  • Familiarity with payments, fraud prevention, and mobile-first ticketing solutions
  • Experience integrating products or platforms post-acquisition
