We are now hiring a Head of Product, Money Movement to lead the team building the products that power how money moves in, out, and across Phantom. This includes onramps, stablecoins, send, spend, cards, payments, and global expansion. This is a rare opportunity to lead at the intersection of fintech scale, crypto speed, and product excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and Scale: Build and coach a high-talent team of PMs and cross-functional partners across Send, Spend, Onramps, Cards, and Payments, raising the bar on speed, craft, and impact
  • Set the Pace and Ambition: Define a bold, multi-year product vision for global money movement aligned with Phantom’s strategy
  • Ship at Scale: Launch elegant, trusted products that make sending, spending, and storing digital dollars instant and universal
  • Drive Adoption of CASH: Grow stablecoin usage across Phantom’s products and integrations with partners, merchants, and peer-to-peer payments while maintaining strong safety and compliance
  • Manage Risk and Trust: Oversee KYC, fraud, and compliance systems to balance growth with user and regulatory trust
  • Expand Globally: Partner with business development, engineering, and external partners to scale Phantom’s financial rails internationally
  • Collaborate Deeply: Work across engineering, design, legal, marketing, and partnerships to execute with focus and precision

  • Execute all money market transactions, including interbank borrowing and lending, to manage short-term liquidity gaps
  • Manage the execution of the bank’s investment portfolio, specifically the buying and selling of Egyptian Treasury Bills and Bonds (T-Bills & T-Bonds)
