As Head of Product Marketing, you’ll shape how Superside’s services and solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. You’ll lead our product marketing function and help drive the go-to-market strategy across Superside’s four service pillars: Creative Production, Creative Development, AI Solutions, and Strategy & Consulting. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in GTM, Product, Service, and AI—aligning messaging, launches, and enablement across the company. You’ll also partner closely with the VP of Marketing to evolve our positioning, packaging, and pricing, and lead Superside’s AI adoption strategy both internally and externally.
Job Responsibility:
Refine and roll out Superside’s AI-first positioning across services, personas, and industries. Partner with the VP of Marketing to evolve our pricing, packaging, and messaging frameworks
Help drive GTM strategy and execution for new services and major launches. Partner cross-functionally to support planning, launch readiness, and internal alignment
Lead our AI adoption strategy, partnering with Product leadership, creative leadership and internal teams to drive interest and conversion for AI-powered workflows—internally and for customers
Build and oversee programs that equip our Sales and CS teams to confidently sell and support Superside’s offerings. Partner with Enablement and Product Marketing to deliver toolkits, messaging, and competitive insights
Define and refine personas and customer journeys. Gather insights from users, sales calls, and competitors to inform positioning and messaging
Manage and mentor a small but mighty team (PMM + Enablement Lead), driving clarity, collaboration, and strategic output across the business
Requirements:
7–10 years of experience in B2B product marketing or go-to-market roles
Passionate about the potential of AI to transform creative work—curious, informed, and excited to help others adopt it
Excellent at cross-functional communication—you know how to align teams, manage inputs, and move work forward without friction
A driven but empathetic leader—someone who sets a high bar while creating space for growth, clarity, and collaboration
Results-oriented—you care about performance and understand how to measure success across marketing, sales, and customer outcomes
