Job Responsibility
Define and own clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that communicates value, audience, and competitive advantage
Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric narratives that drive understanding and action
Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy, from insight development through launch and ongoing adoption
Establish scalable messaging frameworks and repeatable GTM processes across the organization
Synthesize customer, competitive, and market insights into actionable strategic direction
Partner closely with Product leadership to influence roadmap decisions and ensure differentiation in the market
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver messaging and tools that improve conversion and win rates
Drive product-led growth initiatives by aligning messaging with user experience, onboarding, and lifecycle engagement
Measure and optimize the impact of product marketing efforts on pipeline, conversion, adoption, and retention
Align cross-functional teams around a shared narrative, elevating how the organization communicates product value
Requirements
7–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with ownership of positioning and go-to-market strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to develop clear, differentiated positioning in competitive markets
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to define direction beyond execution
Demonstrated success influencing product strategy and cross-functional stakeholders
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments with significant ambiguity
Strong customer empathy combined with sound business judgment
Nice to have
Experience with product-led growth models
Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or adjacent digital industries
Experience repositioning products or companies in competitive markets
Track record of building or scaling a product marketing function
