Define and lead the global product marketing strategy across all iGaming verticals, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Partner with Product, Commercial, and Brand teams to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and high-impact GTM campaigns across international markets
Act as the subject matter expert across all product lines, with a strong understanding of player behavior, product mechanics, and underlying technology
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global product marketing team
Design and implement a structured GTM framework to support new product launches and major updates
Leverage product analytics, customer insights, and market data to inform strategy and drive performance
Conduct competitive analysis to refine product positioning and support roadmap decisions
Ensure strong cross-functional alignment between Product, Marketing, and Operations teams globally
Requirements:
Fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, including at least 5 years in senior or global leadership roles within the iGaming industry
Proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies across Slots, Live Casino, and Sportsbook
Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies
Experience launching and scaling products across multiple international markets
Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret metrics and optimise performance
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated leadership experience managing distributed, multicultural teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Product Management (MBA preferred)
