Job Description:

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping the future product, pricing and customer experience strategy across Northridge Finance and Marshall Leasing. As Head of Product Management, you will own the full lifecycle of vehicle finance and leasing products, from proposition design and pricing frameworks through to governance and performance management. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a multidisciplinary team covering product, pricing, analytics and customer insight. Acting as a key link between commercial, operational and enterprise functions, you will influence business-wide strategy, drive data-led decision making and ensure products deliver strong commercial performance alongside excellent customer outcomes. The role offers significant transparency and scope to shape the long-term success of two established vehicle finance businesses.

Job Responsibility:

  • Hold end-to-end ownership of the product portfolio, ensuring products are customer-centric, well governed and deliver intended outcomes
  • develop new propositions, refresh or retire existing products, find opportunities to support customer retention and cross-sell
  • set and be responsible for pricing frameworks across retail, intermediary and corporate propositions
  • champion data-driven decision making across product and pricing
  • take ownership of customer experience across the product lifecycle
  • provide oversight of complaint trends and engage with Group complaints teams
  • represent the business at relevant Finance & Leasing Association operational and regulatory forums.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in asset finance and leasing products
