Job Description:

At TUI Musement, we're building unforgettable branded experiences that transform holidays into lifetime memories. As our Head of Product Management - Boats, you'll spearhead our ambitious catamaran fleet expansion, blending premium quality with the trusted TUI brand.

Job Responsibility:

Create and execute global growth strategy, scaling from 6 owned boats to a fleet of 50 through hybrid owned and franchised model within five years
Lead P&L for owned operations while ensuring commercial success across all business models
Design and continuously enhance onboard experience, routes, and service standards
Maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures to ensure safety, quality, and exceptional guest satisfaction
Oversee recruitment, training, and certification of captains and crew
Take responsibility for fleet maintenance and vessel readiness across all owned bases

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in marine operations, preferably within leisure, travel, or passenger fleet environments
Managing P&L and scaling multi-vessel or multi-site operations internationally
Deep understanding of maritime regulation, safety protocols, and crew management
Strong commercial acumen to design, launch, and scale customer-facing products
Experience developing partnership or franchise models
Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to move from concept to execution
Excellent negotiation skills and cross-cultural leadership abilities
Willingness to travel extensively
