Job Description:

As Head of Product Marketing & CRM, you will be the conductor of user engagement: from onboarding to long-term retention, through the adoption of key features. Working closely with Product, Design, and Data teams, you will craft and lead an activation and usage strategy aimed at transforming a registered user into an active, loyal, and even ambassador user. You will also ensure your team shines internally, with clear alignment on priorities and success indicators across stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define a usage-oriented product communication strategy: what benefits, for which segments, and at what moment
  • Build compelling messaging and storytelling around features and use cases
  • Adapt positioning based on user insights, behavioral data, and lifecycle stage
  • Define and orchestrate multichannel product engagement journeys (email, in-app, push, notifications)
  • Create and manage differentiated communication cycles: Onboarding & activation, Monthly engagement, Re-engagement & churn prevention, Upsell & feature discovery
  • Leverage behavioral segmentation (usage, frequency, device, customer value) to personalize interactions
  • Supervise the CRM team in building automated and scalable scenarios
  • Foster a test & learn culture (A/B tests, timing, content, formats)
  • Ensure strong alignment between content, timing, channel, and user value
  • Track key impact KPIs: activation rate, monthly usage, NPS, churn, retention
  • Prepare and execute feature launches to maximize discovery and real usage
  • Create educational and marketing assets
  • Align internal teams (Support, Product, Sales) for coherent launches
  • Highlight product updates and evolutions externally through usage and customer impact stories
  • Coordinate media coverage (press releases, interviews, etc.)
  • Leverage user feedback and success stories to strengthen brand image
  • Position the Product Marketing & CRM team as internal experts in engagement and product value
  • Align stakeholders on initiative prioritization, KPIs, timelines, and success criteria
  • Carry and spread a clear vision of product marketing performance across teams
  • B2B: Support Sales teams in partner acquisition & conversion, and drive partner agent engagement through tailored in-app & off-app experiences
  • B2C: Ensure feature launches and enhance customer lifecycle & retention

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in Product Marketing, CRM, or Growth roles, ideally in a scale-up or SaaS/B2C environment
  • Strong expertise in user engagement, lifecycle marketing, and multichannel CRM
  • Experience managing and growing a team
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a focus on impact
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both internally and externally
  • Ability to navigate across B2B and B2C environments
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in French or Spanish, Italian is a plus
