Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product Design to oversee the Ride-hailing and Business Product Design teams. You will also collaborate with other product verticals and functions within Bolt, to drive and execute UX- and business strategy across the organisation. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll be managing and developing a high-performing team of UX professionals and their managers; together, you will drive the development of exceptional experiences that meet both user and business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Manager in the field of UX, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company
  • Proven track record of shipping digital products that serve millions of users
  • Proven experience managing teams
  • Strong English communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in design tools and software, including Figma, Jira, Confluence, and various usability testing tools
  • Highly creative individual who takes the initiative in finding solutions to problems and takes ownership of your work
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies
