Job Description

Head of Product Delivery - Competitive Salary - Manchester (Hybrid). Morson Edge are delighted to have teamed up with a Manchester based Tech brand as they seek a Head of Product Delivery to ensure that strategic objectives consistently translate into effective execution across the organisation. This pivotal role brings clarity to delivery, urgency to execution, and accountability at all levels. Reporting directly to the Product Director, you will act as their right-hand on execution, owning delivery across multiple teams and business missions. Your mission will be to own delivery across all company initiatives, ensuring priorities are clear, well-sequenced, and delivered at pace. You will maintain a comprehensive view of progress, dependencies, and risks, intervening early to drive recovery when delivery is at risk, while keeping teams focused on outcomes rather than outputs. You will hold cross-functional teams accountable, challenge unclear ownership, slow decision-making, and unnecessary processes, and resolve dependencies and conflicts to maintain momentum. As a delivery leader, you will set clear expectations for standards, pace, and accountability, establishing a strong operating rhythm for planning, tracking, and review. You will own delivery challenges end-to-end, solving problems proactively rather than escalating them. This role requires a strong delivery mindset with a bias for action and impact, commercial awareness, and the confidence to challenge teams and senior stakeholders constructively. You will thrive in fast-paced, outcome-led environments and enjoy the challenge of driving multiple workstreams to successful completion.
