Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Product to lead the full product portfolio of our Automotive & Data Business Unit globally. This role spans our parking and EV charger discovery products, in-car payments, including Android Automotive initiatives, indoor maps, and the data platform that powers both the Automotive & Data business unit and the wider Arrive group.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the Automotive & Data portfolio end-to-end, with clear accountability for roadmap, prioritisation and execution
  • Evolve Arrive’s In-Car Payments platform into a scalable, multi-vertical transaction engine
  • Drive platform consolidation and API modernisation to reduce duplication, increase speed and improve cost discipline
  • Accelerate transaction growth across parking, EV charging, tolling and adjacent mobility verticals
  • Establish Arrive as the default embedded payments layer for OEM partners and increase multi-vertical adoption per customer
  • Identify and execute data monetisation opportunities
  • Lead the evolution of our global parking and EV data platform as a scalable, automated and revenue-enabling backbone
  • Partner closely with Engineering to improve delivery predictability, production reliability and overall platform quality
  • Build a high-performing product organisation with strong product craft, clear accountability and a clear focus on bias for delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading and scaling B2B product portfolios, ideally within transaction-based or payments-driven businesses
  • Track record of growing platform revenue and increasing multi-product penetration across enterprise customers
  • Experience building or evolving multi-product platforms serving multiple internal or external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to monetise data or platform capabilities beyond core product use cases
  • Experience operating in complex, cross-functional and cross-BU environments
