Job Description:

Front is looking for a Head of Product Analytics to lead our product analytics function and elevate product decision-making across the company. You will be the strategic partner to Product, Design, and Engineering leaders, owning the analytics roadmap, scaling the team and operating model across SF and Paris, and building the frameworks that help Front ship high‑quality product bets faster and scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver strategic insights that drive Front Product strategy: synthesize product usage, experimentations, and market signals into clear recommendations
  • influence 3–5 major roadmap decisions per quarter
  • Partner with Product leaders to define and deliver Product OKRs: co‑create quarterly OKRs aligned to company strategy
  • ensure each KR has an owner, baseline, target, and measurement plan, establish and own KR operating cadence
  • Drive product velocity through analytics enablement: Co-own AI quality and data-driven product design and experimentation, lead experimentation design, build self-serve capabilities
  • Build and scale analytics stack: implement instrumentation governance

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in product analytics, data science, or related fields, including 4+ years leading analytics teams
  • Track record of scaling teams and processes across locations/time zones
  • Demonstrated strong product sense and judgment
  • able to pair qualitative insights with quantitative rigor
  • Expertise running high‑velocity experimentation at scale, experience with AI product experimentation a plus
  • Expert SQL, modern analytics stacks and visualization tools, product instrumentation best practices
  • Proven ability to partner with Product and Design leadership to influence strategy and roadmap
  • Excellent communication with executives and cross‑functional partners
  • crisp strategic articulation and storytelling with data
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • comfort with ambiguity and fast‑paced iteration required
